By setting up The Secret Garden (a bespoke restaurant) in 2018, Bleu Dorji put down her roots after years of studying, globetrotting, and sampling cuisines abroad. An avid chef and an accomplished gardener and ‘forager of wild herbs, mushrooms and berries,’ as she puts it, Bleu is Orog’s bespoke travel and culinary advisor. Her vast travel experience, her local knowledge, and her being fantastic with creating tailor-made itineraries while pampering you with food, makes her perfectly equipped to understand the needs and tastes of our discerning guests. Suffice to say, behind all of our fun, original and tailor-made holiday packages is a hint of Bleu’s creative genius.
